Still my favorite BNL song after many years and albums. They keep their energy perfectly contained for a simple ballad with an understated emotional strength. Note that this was put on YouTube by their kickass Vancouver record label, Nettwerk Music, the same one that’s publicly fighting the RIAA for their silly lawsuits on music downloaders.

I knew nothing about the band of montreal before today, but this is one fun video. The song is catchy, with a nice bass line and snappy vocals.

Just like with the acoustic version of The Killers‘ All the Things I’ve Done, I wasn’t a huge fan of the original song but love the acoustic version. Is there a word for that already? While I go and think of one, why don’t you enjoy Mat Weedle‘s acoustic rendition of Outkast‘s summer hit Hey Ya.
