In particular, I am interested in getting to a set of models that contain generally accepted value points that we can all use in our efforts to evangelize community to our clients (both internally or externally). Sean adds a lot to the discussion in the post he mentions above, from the perspective of a large software company. We will be discussing this topic at the Online Community Unconference coming up on June 6th, and I hope to have the conversation spill out into an ongoing blog or wiki.
