Media Temple Support is Awesome

Late last night my WordPress database went haywire. I hadn’t been smart and making backups like I should have been. Media Temple put two Tier 2 support reps on the case this morning for a significant amount of time and they fixed it perfectly.
I’ve done their job before in a previous life and let me just say that managing web servers is not an easy job, these guys deserve every penny they earn. I’ve also had dozens and dozens of web hosts and no one has dealt with support issues so professionally.
The best part is that they watch commandN. I will be giving them mad props when we shoot this week’s episode.

Very nice… and reading this is quite a coincidence - I’ve just signed up for (mt) hosting. With a growing online portfolio of sites I’m becoming increasingly nervous about failures, and I don’t backup like I should either
After digging around for alternatives to my current (rather poor) hosting company, (mt) was the only company I could trust to deliver the support and service I require. Glad to hear their slick marketing reflects their stellar service.
